Butter: 125g, either plant or dairy
Lemon, for Zesting
Water: 30ml (for egg replacement)
Chocolate Ganache:
Full Fat Coconut Milk: 150g (Firm, Creamy Part Only) - about 2-3 cans
Decoration:
Fresh Berries and/or Mint
Optional for Berry Compote:
Mix of Berries: 100g (fresh or frozen)
Sugar: 50g (whole or granulated)
Lemon Juice: 15ml
Water: 30ml
