Your Tart!

With your jar, equipment, and the additional ingredients we’ll be making:

A Vegan Tart

Chocolate Ganache

Optional: Blueberry Compote

What you will need.…

  • Tart:

    • Butter: 125g, either plant or dairy

    • Lemon, for Zesting

    • Water: 30ml (for egg replacement)

    Chocolate Ganache:

    • Full Fat Coconut Milk: 150g (Firm, Creamy Part Only) - about 2-3 cans

    Decoration:

    • Fresh Berries and/or Mint

    Optional for Berry Compote:

    • Mix of Berries: 100g (fresh or frozen)

    • Sugar: 50g (whole or granulated)

    • Lemon Juice: 15ml

    • Water: 30ml
